I appreciated the helpful desk staff, they were most cute . i chose to have dinner in the main hotel complex because i was very tired. the food was delicious. I was very happy with my choice.
the hotel room itself was nice. it was small though. when i opened my suitcase, i couldn't get to the door or open it!

The hotel location was very convenient. It allowed EASY access to many attractions. The inner garden offered a lovely space for breakfast. Dinner was also enjoyable in the garden. I also found the bed to be very comfortable. A kettle with tea and coffee was available.
I noticed some street noise LATE at night, but it didn't affect my sleep too much.

The reception building was separate from the accommodation buildings. It was a short walk. air conditioning worked perfectly! the location made it easy to walk everywhere. the courtyard was a nice spot to relax.
I thought i booked a hotel. All accommodation is in separate buildings up and down the street. i was not offered help with bags to my apartment down the street. the spiral staircase to the terrace had no handrail. It felt unsafe.

I was upgraded to a superior double room with a lovely terrace. i found the staff very helpful with directions (they speak good english). the location is great. It's an easy walk to the port and various restaurants. the courtyard outside the breakfast room provided a nice space to relax.
the room was quite small, making it a bit difficult to fully open my suitcase.
